Job summary

SLB is seeking an HR Intern – Employee Support to gain hands-on exposure to employee-facing HR operations within a global, fast-paced environment. You will work with HR professionals to support employees and managers across the lifecycle, building foundational HR communication, coordination, and service management skills.

This internship offers direct interaction with employees, exposure to onboarding and offboarding, and mentorship from experienced HR professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Employee Support & HR Coordination
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries with professionalism
• Support HR Representatives and HR Managers with administrative coordination
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination processes
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records ensuring confidentiality
• Employee Experience & Engagement
• Assist with HR communications, sessions, and events
• Help maintain HR knowledge resources and materials
• HR Operations & Service Delivery
• Support HR case management and inquiry tracking
• Assist with service workflows and documentation updates
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to employee experience
