Job summary

4imprint is seeking a Human Resources Intern in Oshkosh, WI. The role supports recruiting, employment file maintenance, benefits administration and report generation while learning HR functions with limited supervision.

The intern will assist with onboarding, payroll-related questions, and handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment. 20–25 hrs/wk during school; 40 hrs/wk during breaks, non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related degree.
• Demonstrate proficiency in data entry, MS Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and employment file maintenance.
• Benefits administration and report generation.
• Support the talent acquisition team and onboarding processes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with payroll questions and interpretation of company policies.
• Coordinate tasks to ensure smooth onboarding and new-hire processes.
