Qualifications

• Active full-time student enrolled in ILR/HRM with at least sophomore standing.
• Interest in HR and exposure to multiple HR domains.
• Must be available for 10 weeks Summer 2027 (May-August 2027).

Responsibilities

• Work with HR Directors/Managers in a division or COEs.
• Contribute to Talent Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Legal/ER, Diversity.
• Assist with data analysis and formal presentations.
• Housing assistance provided.
