Job summary

Compassus in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Human Resources Intern to lead student-driven projects across Talent Acquisition, Colleague Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and Development and HRIS while on site. You will create and maintain department materials, collaborate with teammates and HR leaders, manage multiple projects, and be mentored by senior staff to achieve internship goals.

• Evaluates and documents program initiatives to assist Director in evaluating the best allocation of resources.
• Outstanding customer service, follow-up and promotion of a positive working relationship between program colleagues and corporate personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Language: Ability to write professional business correspondence and present information to groups.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Outlook.
