COPE Health Solutions in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Health Scholar Assistant to join our People Experience team. The internship provides exposure to corporate HR, recruiting, reporting and onboarding, supporting LA and NYC offices.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, posting positions, maintaining candidate status reports, processing pre-hire assessments and helping with new hire materials and onboarding logistics.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for LA and NYC offices.
• Post new positions on the company site and external sources.
• Update candidate status and interview materials in reports.
• Conduct reference checks and administer pre-hire assessments.
• Prepare new hire materials and manage onboarding logistics.
