Flexsteel Industries Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the HR team in delivering timely, accurate HR service across the organization.

You will assist with recruiting, onboarding, communications, learning and compliance tracking, and employee engagement activities while delivering project work. Earn hands-on, project-based experience while collaborating across functions, gaining exposure to core HR processes, and presenting updates.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (must be completed with second year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Support recruiting activities including coordinating job postings and candidate communications.
• Assist with onboarding materials, first-day details, and new hire communications.
• Help maintain HR data and documentation in systems and shared files.
• Support learning, compliance, and LMS activities.
• Assist HR communications across emails and intranet to keep associates informed.
