Job summary

SNF Holding Company is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support daily HR operations in a chemical manufacturing environment. Under the HR Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement while handling confidential information.

You will assist with scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, maintaining records, coordinating trainings, and drafting communications for HR review.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR coursework or interest preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to learn company systems and follow procedures.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication; able to manage assignments and deadlines.
• Dependability, willingness to ask questions, receptiveness to feedback, and initiative within assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support onboarding by preparing orientation materials and organizing welcome packets.
• Update and organize employee records, HR forms, and electronic files; ensure accuracy.
• Assist with training coordination, employee communications, and HR events.
• Prepare routine reports, presentations, and HR communications for review.
