Centro Escolar University offers an Early Talent Program internship in Minneapolis. You will work full-time during the summer term, supporting HR activities, partnering with manufacturing team leaders, and helping to foster culture and engagement at the site.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a related bachelor's degree with graduation planned within three semesters, possess strong communication skills, and have experience with Microsoft Office. Prior HR coursework or internships are preferred.

Competenze

• Enrollment in related bachelor's degree program with graduation planned within three semesters.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Completed HR coursework.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: previous HR internship experience.
• Preferred: involvement in student SHRM or similar organizations.

• Build meaningful partnerships with manufacturing team leaders.
• Investigate employee relations issues, including researching possible outcomes, making recommendations, and reviewing with key stakeholders.
