Iaas Lc is offering a summer internship in Minneapolis for students pursuing a related HR degree. You will work full-time during the summer term, building partnerships with manufacturing team leaders and supporting employee relations initiatives.

You will conduct data analysis, coordinate events to boost culture and engagement, and gain exposure to multiple HR disciplines through the Early Talent Program and mentorship from company leaders.

Formación

• Enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program (HR Management, Business Administration, or similar).
• Graduation planned within three semesters or less.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Completed previous HR coursework.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: previous HR internship experience.
• Preferred: involvement in student SHRM or similar organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Build meaningful partnerships with manufacturing team leaders.
• Investigate employee relations issues, including researching possible outcomes, making recommendations, and reviewing with key stakeholders.
• Support culture and engagement by coordinating key events and activities at the site.
• Conduct research and data analysis for various projects.
