Job summary

Elire is a Minneapolis-based, full-service consulting firm seeking a 2027 Summer Human Resources / Talent Intern to support our HR and Talent Teams in recruiting, onboarding, learning management, and employee relations. This paid internship offers hands-on mentorship and exposure to strategic initiatives set by the HR/Talent team and firm’s board.

Local consideration is preferred for on-site participation at our Twin Cities headquarters.

Qualifications

• Previous academic and/or hands-on HR experience is preferred and should be highlighted in resumes and cover letters.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and Recruiting Teams in a fast-paced, organized manner.
• Contribute to various HR functions with prior HR experience.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Participate in creating employee training plans and materials.
• Update job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
• Support internal hiring and internship coordination.
