Job summary

Elire is a Minneapolis-based, full-service consulting firm seeking a 2027 Summer Human Resources / Talent Intern to support our HR and Talent Teams in recruiting, onboarding, learning management, and employee relations. This paid internship offers hands-on mentorship and exposure to strategic initiatives set by the HR/Talent team and firm’s board.

Local consideration is preferred for on-site participation at our Twin Cities headquarters.

Qualifications

Previous academic and/or hands-on HR experience is preferred and should be highlighted in resumes and cover letters.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and Recruiting Teams in a fast-paced, organized manner.
Contribute to various HR functions with prior HR experience.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Participate in creating employee training plans and materials.
Update job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
Support internal hiring and internship coordination.
