Job summary

Cagayan State University invites applicants for a summer internship in Human Resources. You will work full-time (40 hours/week) and engage in partnerships with manufacturing leaders, employee relations research, site culture events, and data-driven projects at the Minneapolis site.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a related bachelor's program with graduation planned within three semesters, have HR coursework, and are proficient in Microsoft Office. Prior HR internship experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program (Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar).
• Graduation planned within three semesters or less.
• Completed previous HR coursework.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful partnerships with manufacturing team leaders.
• Investigate employee relations issues, including researching possible outcomes, making recommendations, and reviewing with key stakeholders.
• Support culture and engagement by coordinating key events and activities at the site.
• Conduct research and data analysis for various projects.
