Job summary

Trek Bicycle Corporation's Summer Intern Program in HR is a paid full-time internship starting May 24, 2027 at our Waterloo, WI campus. You’ll support HR functions from onboarding to talent acquisition, learning the ropes in a fast-moving team.

As an intern, you’ll collaborate with HR leaders, participate in interviews, benefits questions, payroll processes, and take ownership of a core project that shapes our compensation and role structures.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• HR Coordinator Support: assist communications, projects and data collection.
• HRBP Support: partner with leaders and guide teams across the business.
• Talent Acquisition Support: assist with screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Benefits Support: respond to questions and process changes.
• Payroll Support: understand payroll timing and accuracy.
