Trek invites you to join its Summer Intern Program in Waterloo, WI, offering hands-on experience in human resources. You’ll work alongside HR professionals, contributing to interviews, onboarding, and employee programs while learning the day-to-day operations of a leading bike company.

You’ll gain exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, HR operations, and data work, with mentorship and opportunities to own a core HR project. This paid internship starts May 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with clear communication.
• Able to collaborate with teammates and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with onboarding tasks.
• Support HR projects and documentation updates to improve processes.
• Assist with employee programs, benefits and wellness initiatives as needed.
• Support payroll and HR operations data work where applicable.
