Core Specialty Insurance offers a 12-week summer internship in Human Resources, designed to provide real, meaningful work experiences and mentorship from senior leaders. You will support HR processes, collaborate with moving parts of the business, and gain industry knowledge in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are juniors or seniors pursuing a bachelor’s in HR, with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work 40 hours per week in Cincinnati,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Update employee job history and records.
• Assist with career mapping for Legal / IT / Finance and finalize HRAs.
• Contribute to succession planning efforts with Division Presidents and Leaders.
• Help establish a standard interview guide and competency questions.
• Support onboarding improvements across the enterprise.
