As an intern on the HR team, you will perform meaningful work, guided by experienced professionals while developing skills and industry knowledge. Requirements include being a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field, ability to work 40 hours per week, and authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Updating job history for employees
• Career Mapping for Legal / IT / Finance and finalizing HR
• Assist with any early career administration needs
• Complete Succession Planning list for upcoming talent reviews – work with Division Presidents and Functional Leaders on finalization
• Enterprise-wide onboarding improvements
• Establish standard Interview Guide template and interview question library for non-technical competencies
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
