Qualifications

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources Management or related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions.

Responsabilités

• Provide employee customer service.
• Perform human resources project work, including recruitment, benefits administration, research, creating reports, and event planning assistance.
• Assist in conducting new hire orientation.
• Ensure timely and accurate HRIS data updates.
• Maintain employee file accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality.
