Job summary

Charter Steel is offering a part-time Human Resources internship in Cleveland, OH, with full-time hours during the summer. You will gain hands-on experience across onboarding, HR reporting, compliance, and employee communications while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

The program emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and networking, with projects across cross-functional teams. Enrollment in a 4-year HR degree and a GPA of 2.75+ are preferred.
