Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a relevant field
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Strong MS Office skills with advanced MS Excel
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors and/or SAP is an asset

Responsibilities

• Support with various HR generalist activities including new hire file creation, onboarding, HR reporting and analytics
• Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and reference checks
• Participate in creation of reports and maintenance of databases
• Assist with day-to-day employee requests
• Other duties as assigned
