PNC invites you to join a 10-week Human Resources internship based in Pittsburgh, PA. As an HR Intern, you will experience a structured program designed to expose you to Learning & Talent Development, Workforce Strategies and Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Metrics & Analytics, and HR Strategy, Delivery & Risk.

During the program, you will engage with mentors, gain real-world HR exposure, and develop through social learning opportunities while supporting HR activities and projects.

Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor's degree, preferred business relevant majors (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Labor Relations), junior status, Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Demonstrated interest in human resources through internships or work experience, coursework, project work or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Participates as an intern in the PNC summer internship program.
• Performs or assists with core activities of the group to drive business results under supervision.
• Networks with business representatives, mentors, and peers, and participates in job shadowing and community outreach.
