Job summary

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a relevant field
• Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Support with various HR generalist activities including new hire file creation, new hire onboarding, HR reporting and analytics, HR program and process review
• Support with various recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and other recruitment duties as required
• Participate in the creation of reports and maintain databases
• Assist with day-to-day employee requests
• Other duties as assigned

You bring to the role:

• Strong academic record
• Previous co-op or HR-related internship experience is an asset
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills are an asset
• Strong MS Office skills with advanced skills in MS Excel
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors and or SAP an asset

• Perform assignments related to your sector
• Assist with preparation of detailed design for projects
• Support preparation of drawings from detailed notes and specifications
