Job summary

Halliburton in Houston invites aspiring professionals to join its summer HR internship program. The 10-14 week, full-time, in-person internship begins May 23, 2027, with opportunities to work in Global Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, or HR Systems and Services.

Participants will collaborate on HR projects, present group outcomes, and engage in networking events with HR leadership. Relocation assistance and corporate housing are provided for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States both now and in the future; Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
• Willingness to relocate if needed for the internship.

Responsibilities

• Be part of one of the following groups at Halliburton Corporate HQ – Global Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits), or HR Systems and Services.
• Work on HR projects within an area of HR practice and with your peer HR Interns on a group presentation.
• Have the opportunity to participate in networking events designed for all summer Halliburton interns and interface with our HR Leadership.
