Participants work on real business challenges, with opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and potential rotation into the program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or Labor & Employee Relations
• Anticipated Graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028; available Jan 2028–Jun 2028
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives and business objectives during the internship
• Lead impactful projects aligned with HR priorities and present outcomes to senior leadership
• Collaborate with HR professionals across the organization and gain cross-functional exposure
