Honeywell Aerospace invites emerging HR talent to join its Future HR Leaders program for summer internship experiences across the United States. You will guide impactful initiatives aligned with HR priorities, own defined projects end-to-end, and present results to HR leadership in a global setting.

Location varies by business needs, with an hourly base range of $35/hr; relocation benefits and short-term housing are provided for those located 50 miles or more from assigned sites, excluding

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources or Labor & Employee Relations.
• Anticipated graduation between December 2027 and June 2028 and ready to start full-time work between January 2028 and June 2028.
• Validated academic excellence (GPA 3.0 or higher).
• U.S. Person under export control laws; able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
