Job summary

Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline is seeking a Human Resources intern for a summer program in Kentucky. The role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compliance, total rewards, employee wellbeing and internal communications while providing mentorship and structured training.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing HR, PR, or organizational development with a drive to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.00
• Currently Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, PR, Organizational Development, or related fields
• Plan to pursue a career in Human Resources
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and learning & development initiatives
• Support compliance, total rewards, employee wellbeing, and organizational communications activities
• Receive mentorship and work on project-based assignments in HR
