Job summary

Manttle is seeking an HR Intern to support daily HR activities, including updating employee records, gathering payroll data, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. This role offers a hands-on view of payroll, recruiting, and employee development in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with HRIS/ATS, assist with benefits questions, help post job ads, and contribute to organizing company events and training budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience as staff assistant or similar junior HR role.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Update internal databases with new employee information.
• Gather payroll data including hours, leaves, and bank accounts.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Schedule and confirm interviews.
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
• Prepare HR reports as needed.
• Address employee queries about benefits.
• Review and distribute company policies.
• Participate in organizing company events and career days.
