Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR management or similar.
• Familiarity with HRIS database is desirable.
• Experience as a staff assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Update internal databases with new employee information and forms.
• Gather payroll data such as leaves, hours worked, and bank details.
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Post, update, and remove job ads on boards, careers pages and social networks.
• Prepare HR reports as needed, e.g., training budgets by department.
• Address employee queries about benefits.
• Review and distribute company policies in digital or hard copy formats.
• Participate in organizing company events and career days.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
