• File, scan, and maintain confidential HR documents.
• Update and organize personnel filing systems for accuracy.
• Upload candidate resumes and maintain applicant records in Paylocity.
• Assist with creating informational flyers and internal HR communications.
• Review and update HR forms and documents as directed.
• Support departmental projects and process improvements.
• Assist data entry and HR reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
