Job summary

WyoTech in Laramie, WY is seeking an Executive Experience Intern to support campus tours, admissions events, instructor visits, and special campus experiences. You will gain hands-on exposure to tour operations, guest engagement, and event coordination while helping the Experience Department deliver a professional first impression.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal communication, reliability, and the ability to work onsite with rotating duties during tours and events.

Responsibilities

• Tour & Guest Experience Support: greet guests, check-in, and wayfinding; prepare tour materials and spaces; assist coordinators during tours; maintain a professional tour environment.
• Admissions & Instructor Visit Support: assist with visitation days, setup, materials, and schedules; support instructor visitation capacity.
• Event & Campus Experience Assistance: support campus events, logistics, signage, guest flow, and on-site execution.
• Administrative & Operational Support: update calendars, assist with data entry, collect feedback, support the Experience team.
