Enfinity Global is seeking an HR Intern to join the Americas HR team reporting in Miami, Florida. This role supports data management, benefits administration, payroll support, onboarding, and HR reporting in a dynamic, multinational energy company.

You will work with HRIS systems, Excel, and colleagues across offices to ensure accurate records, timely processes, and compliant HR practices while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing renewables business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of internship experience and/or relevant coursework in HR or related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
• Support Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication with employees and vendors.
• Payroll Support: Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data submission and compliance with deadlines.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth transitions during employee exits.
• HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.
• Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining and optimizing HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
• Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other administrative matters
