Job summary

Enfinity Global is seeking an HR Intern to join the Americas HR team in Miami, FL. You will support employee data management, benefits administration, payroll, onboarding, and HR reporting as part of a dynamic multinational group.

You should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's in HR or Business Administration, with 0-2 years of internship or related coursework, and strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and discretion handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 0-2 years of internship or related coursework in HR/Business Administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with focus on problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (new hires, terminations, changes).
• Assist in administration of employee benefits programs (enrollments, changes, communications).
• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data submission and compliance with deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and smooth exits during offboarding.
• Generate and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).
• Assist in streamlining HR administrative processes to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits.
