Lithionics Battery is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support recruiting, onboarding, HR communications, and data management within a fast-growing manufacturing environment. You will work closely with HR and business leaders on meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Help organize employee events, recognition activities, and engagement initiatives.
Assist with HR projects related to new policy creation and implementation, new HRIS system projects, etc.
Maintain employee records and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Create presentations, reports, and employee communication materials.
Conduct research on HR trends, programs, and best practices.
Support day-to-day HR operations and special projects.
