Job summary

Lithionics Battery is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support recruiting, onboarding, HR communications, and data management within a fast-growing manufacturing environment. You will work closely with HR and business leaders on meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Help organize employee events, recognition activities, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with HR projects related to new policy creation and implementation, new HRIS system projects, etc.
• Maintain employee records and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Create presentations, reports, and employee communication materials.
• Conduct research on HR trends, programs, and best practices.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and special projects.
