Job summary

Lithionics Battery, a U.S. manufacturer of premium lithium-ion battery systems, welcomes an HR Intern to join the team in Sarasota, FL. You will gain hands-on experience supporting HR operations, recruiting activities, onboarding, and HRIS projects in a manufacturing environment.

You will work with HR leaders on meaningful projects, develop presentations and communications, and learn about employment law and HR best practices while contributing to real company growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Help organize employee events, recognition activities, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with HR projects related to new policy creation and implementation, new HRIS system projects, etc.
• Maintain employee records and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Create presentations, reports, and employee communication materials.
• Conduct research on HR trends, programs, and best practices.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations and special projects.
