The Human Resources Intern provides administrative, operational, and project support across multiple teams within the People Strategies & Solutions department. This internship is designed for a student who has declared an interest in Human Resources or a related field and is seeking meaningful hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and completed several semesters.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and coordination support across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR functions.
• Assist with scheduling, communications, onboarding, training coordination, and documentation.
• Support employee experience initiatives and department operations.
• Help maintain records and internal resources; assist with events and team communications.
• Participate in departmental projects and process improvement efforts.
