Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the HR team in a hands-on, professional environment in North Dakota. This internship provides experience across HR processes with mentorship and meaningful project work.

The program runs May 18, 2027 to August 6, 2027, offering 35–40 hours per week on a part-time schedule. Candidates pursuing an HR-related degree and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Must be able to attend part-time for 8–12 weeks during summer (35–40 hrs/week).
• Strong computer skills and quick learner of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: maintain employee data across multiple systems and perform data entry for hires/terminations.
• Record Keeping: maintain employment records including benefits, performance, and compensation data.
• Onboarding Support: assist with onboarding for new employees and ensure smooth integration.
• Paperwork Processing: assist with offer letters, new hire and benefits transactions.
• Data Integrity: run ad hoc reports, audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Employee Assistance: respond to HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries professionally.
• Documentation Compliance: use HR SOPs and related documentation.
• Additional Duties: perform other tasks as assigned.
