Job summary

Daktronics is seeking a Personnel Operations Student intern to gain hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, records management, compliance, HR systems, and analytics. You will work with a mentor and be exposed to multiple teams while supporting day-to-day processes.

This role is designed for college students aiming to launch their careers, with part-time hours during the academic year and full-time hours in summer, offering mentorship and practical business experience.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in at least 12 credits while applying.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational processes across multiple business functions.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, document management, and record maintenance.
• Learn and utilize business systems, databases, and Microsoft Office tools to support operational needs.
• Prepare reports and communications for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with customer, employee, or internal team requests by researching information and providing timely support.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and complete work accurately and on schedule.
• Gain exposure to areas such as project coordination, administration, operations support, process improvement, and business analytics.
• Build an understanding of Daktronics products, practices, procedures, and business operations through hands-on experience and mentorship.
