Job summary

Titan Machinery is offering an Operations Internship in West Fargo, ND. The program provides hands-on exposure to operations management and equipment analysis within our dealership network, with focus areas assigned by business needs and intern interest.

You will collaborate across departments, gain experience with ERP systems, data reporting, and process documentation, and develop skills in data management and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related field
• Available for 8-12 weeks, 35-40 hours/week, during the summer months
• Excellent Excel capabilities and data handling skills

Responsibilities

• Diverse project exposure across operations areas (equipment analysis, service performance, inventory optimization, logistics)
• Hands-on learning through day-to-day activities supporting business goals (data analysis, process documentation, reporting, testing)
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Service, Marketing, Fleet, and Operations
• Develop professional skills in data management, communication, reporting, ERP systems, and project coordination
• Contribute to initiatives like customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and product promotions
• Assist in identifying trends, troubleshooting, and researching best practices
• Receive mentorship in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
