Job summary

Qualifications

• Sophomore to Senior in college, with at least 6 months until graduation after internship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage time, and follow through on tasks.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and willingness to explore their use in HR.
