Ideal candidates are sophomores to seniors pursuing Business/Finance/HR degrees, with strong analytical skills and an interest in developing a career in HR.

Qualifications

• Sophomore/Junior/Senior in college or technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
• Currently enrolled in a university or college program pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curious and driven to learn, with interest in Human Resources.
• Self-motivated, able to manage time and follow through on tasks.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and willingness to explore their use in HR.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Strong organization skills and work ethic; detail oriented.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects and contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks.
• Take ownership of tasks or projects and work independently and in a team.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports as required.
• Attend planning meetings to understand project requirements and team goals.
