Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently a junior pursuing Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or related degree.
• Available 15-20 hours per week during the school year and full-time during Summer 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated, curious and proactive.
• Interest in AI, technology, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and applicant tracking activities.
• Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Support candidate communication and interview logistics.
• Prepare onboarding materials and first-week plans.
• Assist with career fairs and campus events.
• Develop relationships with student organizations and career services offices.
• Create campus-focused recruiting content.
• Track recruiting activity and outcomes.
• Support surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups.
• Assist with culture and values aligned events and engagement programs.
• Evaluate AI tools for HR processes.
• Build reusable templates, prompts, and workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and measure impact.
• Promote responsible AI use with confidentiality and fairness.
• Research HR best practices and benchmark data.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Complete and present a summer capstone project.
