Job summary

Constructor TECH is seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join the team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and policy administration. The role offers exposure to international HR functions and a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in HR or related fields with strong communication, organizational skills, and a keen focus on detail. Remote, hybrid, or in-office options are available in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software/tools is an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands‑on experience in international human resources. This internship will provide exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and passionate about people and organizational development.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
