Job summary

Office of the Secretary within the Department of Commerce is seeking a HR Information Systems Analyst (Pathways Recent Graduate) to support HRIS operations across NFC-connected platforms (EPIC/Web, GovTA/Paycheck8, Reporting Center, SecureALL) and OPM systems (eOPF, USA Staffing).

You will assist with access requests, security audits, data capture, validation, and end-user support, and contribute to system enhancements or Power Platform automation.

Qualifications

• Transcripts must validate that the education requirement has been met.

• Foreign education must be evaluated for equivalency to U.S. coursework.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS operations across NFC-connected platforms (EPIC/Web, GovTA/Paycheck8, Reporting Center, SecureALL) and OPM systems (eOPF, USA Staffing).
• Execute routine access requests and security audits; troubleshoot account lockouts and password resets.
• Assist with workforce data capture, external reporting, data validation, and end-user support; ensure data integrity and user adoption.
• Support system enhancements or Power Platform automation; gather requirements and document business needs.
• Participate in HR systems projects (implementation, testing, operations/maintenance) within defined timelines.
