The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in HR management, strong communication skills, and prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include managing payroll, hiring, and implementing HR policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Human Resources Generalist or HR Manager.
• Prior HR experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.

Candidate Requirements
