J.B. Hunt is seeking a People Support Center Representative I to serve as the initial contact for employees and people leaders.

You will handle routine HR inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues within scope and escalating complex cases to Sr Representatives or other teams. Responsibilities include documenting interactions in case management systems, adhering to scripts and knowledge articles, and ensuring data accuracy while protecting PII.

Qualifications

• Provide timely, accurate HR support to employees and people leaders.
• Handle routine HR inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Document interactions in case management systems with data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Document all People Support Center activities and assign to appropriate party.
• Meet service center metrics (hold time, transfers, accuracy).
• Address routine HR inquiries and escalate complex calls.
• Interpret HR/Payroll policies for all employee levels.
• Provide self-service guidance for personnel records accuracy and privacy.
