Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a People Support Center Representative I in Lowell, Arkansas. You will be the first contact for employees and people leaders, handling HR inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and customer focus.

You will document interactions, follow scripts and escalation protocols, and support HR technology testing and updates while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 6+ months HR admin, call center, or related experience.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to use computers and phones in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities

• Document all People Support Center activities using internal tools.
• Meet service center metrics (hold time, call length, transfers, idle time).
• Resolve routine HR inquiries during calls, emails, and chats within scope.
• Explain HR and Payroll policies to employees at all levels.
• Provide self-service guidance and protect PIIs in HRIS.
