Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. in Lowell, AR is seeking a People Support Center Representative I to be the first point of contact for employees and people leaders, handling routine HR inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will document interactions and escalate as needed.

Under supervision, you will assist with policies, benefits navigation, and payroll-related questions, while protecting employee data and adhering to established procedures and service metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or call center/customer service environments.
• Ability to use computers and phones in an office setting.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Document all People Support Center activities and assign to appropriate party.
• Meet service center metrics such as hold time, call length, transfers, and resolution accuracy.
• Assist employees with HR questions via phone, email, and chat and escalate complex issues.
• Explain HR and Payroll policies and procedures to employees at all levels.
• Provide self-service guidance and maintain data integrity in the HRIS.
