Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL is seeking an HR Answer Center Specialist to be the primary contact for team members seeking HR support across policies, systems, and services. You will handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 inquiries via phone, email, ticketing, and walk-ins, and collaborate with HR experts to resolve issues.

You will assist with HR transactions in the ERP system, maintain knowledge resources, support front desk operations, and help ensure timely responses within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in HR, HR service/shared services, or related roles.
• Experience interpreting policies and guiding inquiries.
• Experience supporting HR records and front desk operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to HR inquiries from current and former team members and applicants via multiple channels.
• Provides Tier 1 and 2 HR support and documents inquiries with SLAs.
• Assists with HR system navigation and transactional tasks in the ERP system.
• Maintains knowledge resources and supports front desk and administrative HR operations.
