Job summary

You will schedule travel, inform applicants, assist with pre-employment steps, and prepare new hires for day one, contributing to a smooth recruiting process in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ months of related experience.
• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience or equivalent education and training.
• Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums.
• Experience coordinating events and managing logistics.

Responsibilities

• Self-manage recruiting coordination activities across high-volume tasks and complex tasks in partnership with stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate travel for candidates.
• Inform applicants of position details and status.
• Facilitate pre-employment processes (background and drug screening).
• Prepare new hires for their first day.
