IDR, Inc. is seeking a HR Generalist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team while helping execute employee lifecycle activities and core HR processes. You will partner cross-functionally to keep HR initiatives running smoothly and collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to support and improve HR processes, maintain accurate records, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in an HR coordinator, HR generalist, or HR operations role.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, performance cycles, compensation/benefits).
• Experience working with Workday - creating Workday tickets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and HR Business Partners across day-to-day HR activities.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and data integrity through audits and reporting support.
• Coordinate HR communications, meetings, and follow-up actions, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to support and improve HR processes.
