Job summary

Partnership Employment in the Greater Boston area seeks an HR Coordinator or HR Specialist with Workday experience to join an stable, long-established company just outside of Boston. • Assist with HR reporting and data management.
• Play an active role in the company's transition to Workday.
• Support benefits and compensation administration.
• Maintain employee files and records.
• Assist employees with HR-related questions.
• Support recruiting, interview coordination, offer letters and onboarding.
• Take on additional HR projects and responsibilities as you grow.

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain HRIS and employee data
• Process new hires, terminations and employee changes

• Support leave administration and other employee programs
• Assist with HR compliance and company policies
• Support recruiting, interview coordination, offer letters and onboarding
• Take on additional HR projects and responsibilities as you grow
• Develop toward increased responsibility for employee relations and recruiting

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of Human Resources experience
• Experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist or similar HR position
• Hands-on Workday experience
• Strong comfort with HR systems, data and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable supporting employees at all levels
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• Interest in growing into a broader HR Generalist role
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Nice to Have

• Benefits administration experience
• Experience within manufacturing or a similar employee environment
• Bilingual Vietnamese skills are a plus, but not required
